This November, I’m embarking on a physically demanding and emotionally significant journey. I’ve committed to doing 100 push-ups every day to raise money for Cancer Research UK. 30 days, 3,000 push-ups.

Those who know me are aware that this is no small feat. If you’ve ever seen my arms, you can gauge the enormity of this challenge!

Why I’m Doing This

Cancer is a ruthless disease that spares no one. It’s a battle that either affects us directly or touches someone we love. This year, my family and I endured the loss of my Grandma to Leukemia. A decade ago, we faced a similar heartache when we lost my Grandad to bower cancer.

1 in 2 people in the UK born after 1960 will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime.

Joining the Fight Against Cancer

Cancer Research UK has been at the forefront of the battle against cancer. Their groundbreaking research and continuous efforts give hope and save lives. By supporting their work, we’re not just donating money; we’re investing in a future where cancer’s impact can be significantly reduced.

Cancer survival is improving and has doubled in the last 50 years in the UK.

How You Can Help

Every push-up I do this month is a step towards making a difference. But I can’t do this alone. Your support, whether through donations, sharing this cause, or even words of encouragement, means the world to me. Together, we can make a substantial impact.

Stay Updated and Get Involved

I’ll be documenting my journey throughout November. Follow my progress, cheer me on, and let’s keep the conversation about cancer awareness alive. Let’s use this opportunity to make a real difference.

If you can, please donate on my fundraising page . A big thank you to everyone that has donated already.

Remember, every little bit helps, and together, we’re stronger. Let’s push for change, one push-up at a time.
